Cancellation.

Cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. By default, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How does the free trial work?
Sign up, you get 30 days with the full product unlocked. No feature gates. We don't ask for a credit card to start the trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven't subscribed, your neighborhood goes into a billing-paused state. Your data is still there; subscribing reactivates it.
What if my neighborhood grows past the household limit?
Move up a tier whenever you need more capacity, the change is prorated. For more than 1000 homes, get in touch and we'll set you up with a Custom plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, through the Stripe Customer Portal. By default, you keep access through the end of the billing period.
Where do my invoices come from?
Stripe sends them to the billing email on your account. You can also see them in the Stripe Customer Portal.
Do you offer monthly billing?
Yes. Every tier can be paid monthly or annually, your choice. Annual billing gives you two months free (for example, Small is $19 a month or $190 a year).
